Summary

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: experience in providing leadership, direction, management, productivity and cost effectiveness of Navy Fleet and Family Readiness program. Duties

You will act as the principle Navy representative and participate directly in national, regional, Fleet and Family Readiness program policy development through DoD, Navy, Federal, and local agencies.You will develop new concepts for Commander, Navy Region Korea (CNRK), Navy tenants to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, achieve Navy goals, and increase program quality.You will review and guide development of Fleet and Family Readiness program budgets including MWR, Child Development Programs, Bachelor and Family Housing, Fleet and Family Services and Galley/RIK operations.You will indirectly supervise and direct a work force of NAF, APF, Local National personnel, and military incumbents, supporting Navy personnel and their family members.
