Summary

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: *Experience displaying advanced knowledge of the command's role in Installations Emergency Management (IEM) and Navy/DOD programs and activities, missions, policies, and objectives. *Experience demonstrating the ability to analyze information and make operational recommendations under rapidly changing conditions. *Experience articulating issues and resolutions both verbally and in writing to Navy and civilian leadership. *Experience applying advanced knowledge of communications equipment, computer systems, and evolving technologies and their applicability to the shore enterprise. *Experience applying advanced knowledge of emergency preparedness and response procedures to include dispatch and all hazards response, organizational and time management skills, and understanding of Navy training techniques and delivery options. Duties

You will manage shore enterprise (region and installations world-wide) Dispatch Center programs for the CNIC Installations Emergency Management (IEM) Department within the CNIC N3.You will responsible for the overall coordination, implementation, and execution of Region and Installation dispatch center capabilities.You will develop, disseminate, collect, and analyze data calls in support of Region and Installation centers.You will draft and review emergency management dispatch and Emergency Management (EM) command and control policy documents affecting emergency responders across the shore enterprise.You will lead a comprehensive training and exercise effort to include participation in national and regional exercises and supervise the associated training in preparation for the exercises.
