Summary
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 pay band (GS-11/12 grade level equivalency) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Executing configuration management processes to enable the production, modernization, or sustainment of the weapon system for fleet readiness and mission success. Duties
You will serve as the senior specialist for Configuration Management (CM), providing authoritative technical oversight and directing external teams to ensure rigorous adherence to CM processes.You will operate as the primary consultant for the Sponsor and key stakeholders.You will maintain expert-level lifecycle management of the program's technical baseline and final signature authority for all change documentation.You will develop deployment plans for capabilities and modifications across the fleet, including the assignment of classification levels that govern how engineers and logisticians execute these critical implementations.You will independently coordinate the processing of all configuration change documentation, including the review of all Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs), Variances (RFD/W), and Nomenclature Assignment Requests (NARs).You will develop and enforce the program-wide Configuration Management Plan (CMP), ensuring the technical integrity of complex multi-service configurations across the Army and Navy.You will facilitate seamless coordination of CM requirements between the ISEA, PEO, NAVSUP, U.S. Army, and various defense contractors.
