Summary
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Providing Operations Directorate management support services in the areas of program cost analysis, annual/multi-year/long range fiscal planning and development of annual execution plans; 2) Developing accurate and cost effective budget plans to support current and future financial operations; 3) Overseeing the Government Purchase Card Program execution within the Directorate and approves purchasing decisions based on need and availability of funds; 4) Reviewing required travel documents, including authorizations and vouchers for payment to ensure compliance with travel regulations, policies, and procedures; 5) Conducting studies of employee/ organizational effectiveness, efficiency, productivity and cost, and recommends changes to improve organization, staffing, work methods, and procedures; 6) Responsibly coordinating special projects, which include coordinating actions, extracting and consolidating supporting data, clarifying responsibilities and timelines for completion. **NOTE: This experience must be supported by your resume.** Additional qualification information can be found from the following Office of Personnel Management web site: https://www.opm.gov/policy-data-oversight/classification-qualifications/general-schedule-qualification-standards/#url=List-by-Occupational-Series Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social).
