In addition to your experience demonstrating the four competencies above, your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS/GG-13) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing the following duties: Serves as the Information Systems Security Manager regarding all matters, technical and otherwise, involving cybersecurity (CS). Responsible for planning, coordination, integration, synchronization, providing direction to maintain a strong security posture for all information technology (IT), networks, and domains. Working alongside developers; contributes to the development of policy/process guidelines and implementation of effective security procedures to enhance cybersecurity (CS) operations in support of the mission. Assesses the effectiveness of implemented information technology (IT) security features and operations. Provides technical and procedural cybersecurity (CS) advice and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders. Ensures data ownership and responsibilities are established for each information system (IS), and specific requirements (to include accountability, access and special handling requirements) are enforced. Coordinates and reviews information technology (IT) security inspections, tests, and reviews. Serves as command lead coordinator of all Risk Management Framework efforts. Duties
