Summary
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: *Experience utilizing written and oral communication, especially incorporating DoD, DoN, and lower-level policy, guidance, and procedures covering branding, style, instructions, agreements, and correspondence to monitor and facilitate incoming and outgoing official correspondence(s), work products, and interactions. *Experience applying knowledge pertaining to Navy and DLA Energy structure, functions, and processes to support, as well as interface with all divisions for business, financial, administrative, human capital, and program management matters. *Experience utilizing Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and Power Point to assist in preparation of documents for official release outside N38. *Experience preparing and clearly presenting findings, resolving controversial issues, and selling new ideas and concepts to be able to initiate, organize, and run meetings dealing with controversial subjects where the participants represent diverse perspectives and interests. Duties
You will be responsible for receiving all incoming official correspondence, identifying actions, and working with the Officer in Charge (OIC), Deputy OIC, Assistant OIC, or Division Head to determine next actions.You will be reviewing outgoing official correspondence and Situation Summaries (SITSUMs) as well as editing products created by others to help prepare them for official release outside N38.You will maintain and help develop agreements in the form of Memorandums of Agreement, Memorandums of Understanding, General Terms/Conditions, and similar where N38 and other Naval fuel operations are either the Requesting Party or Servicing Party.You will maintain the program instruction, contact naval fuel-handling activities and solicit inputs to the program, provide guidance on the preparation and submission of the nomination letters, ensure nominations are received on time, etc.
