Summary

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of Specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience in coordinating, planning, and scheduling nuclear and/or non-nuclear marine diving operations within an industrial shipyard or ship repair environment. Experience directing, managing, and evaluating the work of marine divers, technical specialists, or industrial trade personnel, including setting work priorities. Experience reviewing, analyzing, and developing technical work packages, drawings, and Task Group Instructions (TGIs) to support underwater hull repair and husbandry. Experience ensuring compliance with marine diving safety regulations, including standards equivalent to the U.S. Navy Diving Manual and NAVSEA Underwater Ships Husbandry Manual or similar. Experience coordinating with project managers, shipyard departments, and port operations to resolve technical and scheduling bottlenecks. Duties

You will directly supervise, and plan work to be accomplished by subordinates.You will serve as the primary point of contact for MARMC nuclear and non-nuclear production diving operations.You will provide analytical support to variety of entities.You will ensure project summaries are reviewed for correct diving and support man-hours, drawing reviewed for accuracy, proper job sequence, specialist applications and proper material ordered.You will comply with all radiological requirements.You will brief the Diving Operations Manager and recommend corrective action on problems identified with execution of dive operations and coordination between the Projects, assist crafts and the dive teams.
