Summary
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or NH-02 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience developing, integrating, and implementing solutions to diverse, highly complex problems across multiple areas and disciplines; Experience with FMS Reconciliation and Case Closure; Experience presenting briefings to obtain consensus/approval; Experience reviewing and approving or is a major contributor to/lead author of management reports or contractual documents for external distribution; Experience anticipating problems, developing sound solutions and action plans to ensure program/mission accomplishment; AND Experience establishing customer alliances, anticipates and fulfills customer needs and translates customer needs to programs/projects. Duties
You will facilitate and/or perform the planning and management of Security Cooperation (SC), Security Assistance (SA), and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs and policy.You will serve as an advisor, action officer and technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Navy SC/SA/FMS.You will advise leadership concerning policy goals and objectives; development of resource estimates; and review/monitor resource allocation for assigned programs.You will analyze, coordinate and recommend revisions to DOD (Dept of Defense), DON (Dept of Navy), and Navy IPO (International Programs Office) initiatives and policies for assigned SA and FMS programs.You will monitor implemented policies and procedures and initiatives using analytics and metrics to ensure intended results in support of Navy IPO mission and strategic plan.You will serve on a variety of functional boards and committees, and/or liaisons with DOD, DON, other federal agencies, and Navy IPO personnel.You will conduct presentations and briefings at the DOD, DON, and organizational levels and develop, review and approve a variety of correspondence.
