Summary

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-12) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector 1) demonstrates mastery of all aspects of navigation, seamanship, and ship-handling; 2) Provides supervision, leadership, and direction to subordinate instructors by delegating specific authority to carry out their respective responsibilities; 3) Guides, leads, and advises subordinate personnel and providing recommendations for improving other instructors, procedures, and standards; 4) Develops, builds, and integrates instructional tools for delivery throughout the Integrated Learning Environment. Duties

You will ensure timely performance of a satisfactory amount and quality of work.You will verify status and progress of work and makes adjustments in priorities based on productivity or changing needs.You will instruct employees in specific tasks and job techniques and provides training in evolving instructions procedures and Fleet functions and processes.You will check on work in progress or spot checks work not requiring review and reviews completed work to see that instructions on work sequence, procedures, methods, and deadlines have been met.
